Baseline protection comes with any of the plans above. But if you want a dedicated security assessment or your site is already infected, those are separate services — with their own pricing.

Malware removal — an already infected site

Is your site showing a warning in Google, or has it been hacked? We do not guess at a price: first we run a paid diagnosis, then we give you the exact quote. The diagnosis is deducted from the quote if you go ahead.

Why are your prices in euros?
Prices are shown in euros for stability, but invoicing can be done in Romanian lei at the National Bank exchange rate on the invoice date. All prices exclude VAT.
What does "2 months free" on annual billing mean?
Paying a year in advance you pay the equivalent of 10 months and get 12 — that is 2 months free. For example, Business: €699.99 per year instead of €839.88.
Does one plan cover several websites?
No. Each subscription covers a single website or online store. For multiple websites we can offer discounts when you buy 2 or more subscriptions.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, at any time. On an upgrade you only pay the difference up to the renewal date. On a downgrade you move to the smaller plan from the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed the included hours?
Extra hours are billed depending on the plan: €30/hour (Basic), €28/hour (Business), €25/hour (Pro Woo). The estimate is always discussed before work starts.
Do I get a monthly report?
The monthly maintenance report is included in the Business and Pro Woo plans and is sent on request at the end of the month. We will not drown you in reports you never read — but if you want to see exactly what was done, we send it any time.
My site is already infected. What does the cleanup cost?
We do not pull a fixed price out of thin air — an infected site may need 2 hours or 10 days of work. First we run a paid diagnosis, which is deducted from the final quote if you go ahead. The cost of the diagnosis depends on the type of website: €49 (brochure site), €99 (small store), €199 (mid-size store); large stores are quoted individually. After the diagnosis you get the full quote: from €35/hour, and for large cases from €240/day. Details on the security page.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You pay the plan you see, plus — only where applicable — extra hours beyond those included, always estimated and agreed with you in advance. One-off jobs (e.g. malware removal, migration) are quoted separately and clearly. No surprises on the invoice.
How do payment and invoicing work?
We issue an invoice for every payment (monthly or annual). Prices are in euros for stability, but invoicing can be done in lei at the National Bank exchange rate on the invoice date. All prices exclude VAT.
Do you offer discounts for multiple websites?
Yes. Each subscription covers a single website, but for 2 or more websites or stores we offer discounts. Tell us how many sites you have and we will put together a tailored quote.
