2. What data we collect

We only collect the data needed to reply to you and provide the services you request:

  • Contact details submitted through a form: name, phone/WhatsApp, email address, your website address and the details of your request (site type, problem).
  • Technical and usage data: collected anonymously through analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), to understand how the website is used.

We do not collect sensitive data and we never ask you for passwords, card details or other financial information through this website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • To respond to your requests and provide the audit/quote — basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To deliver the maintenance services, if you become a client — basis: performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
  • For analytics and improving the website — basis: our legitimate interest or your consent for non-essential cookies (art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).

4. How long we keep the data

We keep contact details submitted through a form for as long as needed to reply to you and, if you do not become a client, we delete them within a reasonable period. For clients, data is kept for the duration of the contract and in line with legal obligations (e.g. tax law).

5. Who we disclose data to

We do not sell your data. We may disclose it only to the providers that help us operate (e.g. hosting, email, analytics tools), who process it on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.

6. Cookies

The website uses strictly necessary cookies to function and, with your consent, analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) to measure traffic. You can manage cookies from your browser settings. The website is static and does not use WordPress/login cookies.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and the right to withdraw your consent.
