Do you maintain websites that are not on WordPress?
Yes. We work mainly with WordPress and WooCommerce, but we also maintain HTML sites, custom applications and other CMSs. For those, maintenance starts from €49/month after a free assessment — because the effort varies from one site to another.
What types of websites do you maintain?
Brochure websites, online stores, company sites, custom platforms, landing pages. If you are not sure, ask for a free audit and we will tell you exactly what can be done.
How long does it take you to take over the site?
Usually 1–3 working days from receiving access. The first step is always a full backup and an assessment of the real state of the website.
Do I have to move my hosting to you?
Not necessarily. We can maintain the site on your current hosting. If the hosting itself is the problem (a site that keeps getting infected), we will recommend a move — but the decision is yours.
What exactly does a website maintenance plan include?
Controlled updates (CMS, theme, modules), verified external backups, security and malware monitoring, database optimisation and support. The higher plans add uptime monitoring, hours for content changes and a monthly report. See everything on the pricing page.
How much does maintenance for a brochure website cost?
For a brochure website, the Basic plan starts from €34.99/month. If the site is not on WordPress, maintenance starts from €49/month after a free assessment. All prices exclude VAT.
Do you also make content changes or additions?
Yes. The Business plan includes 2h/month of content changes and Pro Woo includes 4h/month (text, images, new pages, small tweaks). Beyond the included hours we work at an hourly rate, estimated and agreed in advance.
What happens if the site breaks after an update?
Because we back up before every update and test the site afterwards, the risk is small. If something does break, we quickly roll back to the working version from the backup and resolve the conflict separately — without leaving your site down.
Do you offer support outside office hours?
Standard hours are Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00 (EET). For emergencies (site down, security incident) you can reach us outside those hours too — on plans with priority support the response time is shorter.
